Dubuque, Iowa 2021

Went to Dubuque Iowa after visiting Camp Randall and visited some friends. Dubuque sits along the Mississippi River and is also a tri-state area of Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois. I went on the Fourth Street Elevator which they claim to be the shortest and steepest railroad in the world. The views at the top are incredible which the picture below was taken.
